Ajentic Terms and Conditions
Effective date: September 16, 2026
Last updated: September 16, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Ajentic's websites, applications, APIs, AI-powered customer-support tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are provided by Imversion Technologies, doing business as Ajentic ("Ajentic," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, signing in (including through Google), accepting an order form, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. In that case, "you" and "Customer" refer to that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Services.
You agree to:
- provide accurate, current account information;
- keep your credentials and devices secure;
- promptly notify us at [email protected] of suspected unauthorized use; and
- accept responsibility for activity performed through your account, except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms.
Organization administrators may manage user access, roles, workspaces, content, and settings. If an organization provides your account, that organization may control the account and associated data.
2. Google sign-in
The Services may let you create or access an Ajentic account using Google Sign-In. By choosing this option, you authorize Google to provide Ajentic with the account information shown on Google's consent screen, such as your Google account identifier, verified email address, and name.
Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policy. Ajentic is not responsible for Google's services. You may revoke Ajentic's Google access through your Google Account permissions, but revocation does not automatically delete your Ajentic account or information that Ajentic must retain. See the Ajentic Privacy Policy for more information.
3. The Services
Ajentic provides enterprise customer-support capabilities that may include organization and workspace management, conversational AI agents, knowledge bases, document processing and retrieval, chat history, analytics, access controls, integrations, and usage or subscription management.
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services. We will provide reasonable notice when a material change substantially reduces paid functionality, unless immediate action is needed for security, legal, third-party, or operational reasons.
4. Customer Content
"Customer Content" means information, documents, messages, instructions, configuration, and other material submitted to or generated through the Services by or for Customer. As between the parties, Customer retains its rights in Customer Content.
Customer grants Ajentic and its subprocessors a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, transmit, process, display, and otherwise use Customer Content only as needed to:
- provide, secure, maintain, and support the Services;
- follow Customer's instructions;
- prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents; and
- comply with applicable law.
Customer is responsible for Customer Content and for obtaining all rights, notices, and consents necessary for Ajentic to process it. Customer must not submit sensitive or regulated data unless its agreement with Ajentic expressly permits that processing and appropriate safeguards are in place.
Ajentic will not use Customer Content to train general-purpose AI models unless Customer expressly agrees in writing.
5. AI-generated output
The Services may produce content using artificial intelligence ("Output"). Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Similar output may be produced for other users.
You are responsible for reviewing Output before relying on, publishing, or acting on it. The Services and Output are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, safety, employment, or other expert advice. Do not use Output as the sole basis for decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on a person.
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, Ajentic does not claim ownership of Output generated specifically from Customer Content for Customer.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Services to:
- violate law, regulation, sanctions, or another person's rights;
- upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
- bypass authentication, permissions, usage limits, or security controls;
- probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization;
- reverse engineer the Services except where law prohibits this restriction;
- send spam, phishing, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful communications;
- create or distribute content that exploits children or promotes violence or illegal discrimination;
- make high-impact automated decisions without legally required human review, notice, consent, and safeguards;
- interfere with the Services or impose an unreasonable load; or
- allow access by a person whose use would violate these Terms.
We may investigate violations and suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, or third parties.
7. Fees, subscriptions, and taxes
Paid Services are governed by the applicable order form, plan, or checkout terms. Unless stated otherwise:
- fees and billing intervals are shown before purchase;
- subscriptions renew automatically until canceled;
- usage credits, limits, expiration, and overage rules are described in the applicable plan or order form;
- fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly agreed;
- you authorize our payment processor to charge the selected payment method; and
- fees exclude taxes, which Customer is responsible for except taxes on our net income.
If payment is overdue, we may limit or suspend paid functionality after any notice or cure period required by the applicable agreement or law.
8. Ajentic intellectual property
Ajentic and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, software, documentation, designs, trademarks, and related technology, excluding Customer Content. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Ajentic grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services during the applicable subscription term.
If you provide feedback, you grant Ajentic a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or obligation.
9. Third-party services
The Services may interoperate with third-party products, identity providers, payment processors, communications providers, cloud infrastructure, and AI or data-processing services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms. Ajentic is not responsible for a third-party service outside its control, but remains responsible for its obligations regarding subprocessors under applicable agreements and law.
10. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public information that should reasonably be understood as confidential. The receiving party will use confidential information only to perform or exercise rights under the parties' agreement, protect it using reasonable care, and disclose it only to personnel, contractors, and advisers who need to know it and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
These duties do not apply to information that the receiving party can demonstrate is public through no breach, already lawfully known, independently developed, or lawfully received without restriction. Legally compelled disclosure is permitted after notice where lawful.
11. Privacy and security
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Each party will comply with applicable data-protection law. If Ajentic processes personal information on Customer's behalf, the parties may enter into a data processing addendum.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No system is completely secure, and we do not guarantee that unauthorized access or loss will never occur.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. Subscription cancellation and termination rights may be further described in an order form.
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due, or use the Services in a way that could harm Ajentic, users, or third parties. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure.
After termination, your right to use the Services ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including payment obligations, confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms. Customer Content will be handled according to the applicable agreement, Privacy Policy, retention requirements, and law.
13. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." AJENTIC DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR DATA.
EXCEPT FOR LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED, EACH PARTY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS CUSTOMER PAID OR PAYABLE TO AJENTIC FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
15. Indemnification
Customer will defend and indemnify Ajentic and its affiliates, officers, and personnel from third-party claims arising from Customer Content, Customer's unlawful use of the Services, or Customer's material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by Ajentic.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version and revise the "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice through the Services, by email, or by another appropriate method. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
18. General
These Terms, applicable order forms, and referenced policies form the agreement between the parties regarding the Services. If an order form conflicts with these Terms, the order form controls for that conflict. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains effective. You may not assign these Terms without our consent, except in connection with a merger, reorganization, or sale of substantially all relevant assets. Ajentic may assign these Terms as part of such a transaction.
